There are authentic Khao Soi recipes that will make you want to drink more.

We have compiled two delicious Khao Soi recipes that will take you to the vibrant streets of Chiang Mai.
1 Chicken kornsoi is a traditional chicken dish.
There are ingredients.
Chicken breasts are skinless.
2 ounces vegetable oil.
3 ounces of Thai red curry paste.
1 spoon of turmeric powder.
curry powder is 1 spoon
coconut milk can be found in 1 can.
2 cups of chicken soup.
1 spoon of fish sauce.
1 spoon of soy sauce.
1 part palm sugar
1 cup of onions.
2 cups of noodles.
Fresh noodles, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro are used for the dish.
Instructions
1 In a large pot, cook the vegetable oil. Add the red curry paste, turmeric powder, and curry powder to the pot and let it cook for a minute.
2 The chicken breasts should be added to the cooking to make them cook on all sides. Set aside the chicken that was in the pot.
3 In the same pot, add coconut milk, chicken soup, fish sauce, soy sauce, and palm sugar. Add well to it.
4 Return the cooked chicken to the pot by slicing it into bite-sized pieces. The soup should be cooked for 20 minutes.
5 Egg noodles should be prepared according to package instructions. Set aside.
6 In a separate pan, cook the onions. Set aside for the drink.
7 To serve, ladle the soup on top of the noodles. Fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and crisp noodles are what you'll get.
8 This comforting Thai soup has rich and aromatic flavors.
2 Tofu and vegetarian Khao Soi.

Tofu is 1 block firm and drained.
2 ounces vegetable oil.
3 ounces of Thai yellow curry paste.
1 spoon of turmeric powder.

coconut milk can be found in 1 can.
2 cups vegetable soup.
1 spoon of soy sauce.
1 part palm sugar
1 cup of mushrooms.
1 cup of bell peppers.
2 cups of noodles.
Fresh tofu, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro are included.
Instructions
1 In a large pot, cook the vegetable oil. Add the yellow curry paste, turmeric powder, and curry powder to the pot and let it cook for a minute.
2 Tofu can be cooked until lightly brown. Set aside the tofu that was in the pot.
3 In the same pot, add coconut milk, vegetable soup, soy sauce, and palm sugar. Add well to it.
4 Return the tofu to the pot after slicing it into bite-sized pieces. Add the bell peppers. The soup should be cooked for 15 minutes.
5 Prepare the rice noodles according to instructions. Set aside.
6 Tofu cubes can be fried in a separate pan. Set aside for the drink.
7 To serve, ladle the soup on top of the noodles. Enjoy the explosion of flavors with a dash of tofu, fresh cilantro, lime wedges and a dash of fresh vinaigrette.
