The first recipe is Chicken Katsu Curry.
There are ingredients.
2 skinless chicken breasts.
Salt and pepper to taste.
All-purpose flour is 1 cup.
2 eggs, beaten.
1 cup of panko.
For frying, vegetable oil is used.
1 onion is chopped.
2 carrots are diced.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 ounces of curry powder.
Chicken soup with 2 cups.
2 ounces of soy sauce.
1 part honey to 1 part water.
White rice is steamed for serving.
For the garnish, fresh cilantro.
Instructions
1 Place the chicken breasts in a container with salt and pepper. They should be dredged in flour, dip them in beaten eggs and then coat them with panko.
2 In the pan, cook vegetable oil over medium heat. The chicken should be golden brown when cooked. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
3 Add chopped onion and carrots to the pan. The onions are translucent.
4 Add curry powder. Cook for another minute.
5 Chicken soup, soy sauce, and honey are included. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
6 Place the chicken in the curry sauce and let it cook for a few minutes.
7 The chicken katsu curry can be served over steamed white rice.
The second recipe is vegetarian Katsu Curry with Tofu.
There are ingredients.
1 block of tofu.
All-purpose flour is 1 cup.
2 eggs, beaten.
1 cup of panko.
For frying, vegetable oil is used.
1 onion is chopped.
2 carrots are diced.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 ounces of curry powder.
2 cups of vegetable soup.
2 ounces of soy sauce.
1 part honey to 1 part water.
For serving, steamed brown rice.
For the parsley, fresh.
Instructions
1 Cut the tofu into thick pieces. Place the slices on a paper towel-lined plate and press to remove excess humidity.

The third recipe is seafood Katsu Curry.

White fish fillets are 12 pound.
Salt and pepper to taste.
All-purpose flour is 1 cup.
2 eggs, beaten.
1 cup of panko.
For frying, vegetable oil is used.

2 ounces of curry powder.
2 cups of fish or vegetable soup.
